1. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor

Dub Sports & Entertainment LLC ("Dub Sports," "Sponsor"), a FIFA-licensed sports agency. Contact: info@dubsportsentertainment.com | www.dubsportsentmt.com.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least 13 years of age at the time of entry. Entrants under 18 must have a parent or guardian's knowledge and consent; winners under 18 must have a parent or guardian accept the prize.

NOT eligible: employees, officers, directors, agents of Dub Sports or its affiliates; immediate family members or household members of any ineligible individual. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time; misrepresentation results in disqualification.

4. Entry Period

This is a weekly sweepstakes with no defined closing date. A draw occurs each Friday at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (17:00 UTC). All eligible entries received prior to each draw are included in that week's pool. The sweepstakes runs on a rolling weekly basis until discontinued by Sponsor with 7 days' notice.

5. How to Enter

Complete the entry form at dubsportsentmt.com/free-giveaway/. Limit: one (1) entry per person/email address for the duration of the sweepstakes. Automated or bulk entries will be disqualified.

Bonus Entries (Honor System): Earn up to two (2) additional weighted entries by confirming you follow @RileyAlbanos (+1) and/or @AmbraMarcucci (+1) on Instagram via the checkboxes on the entry form. These are self-reported and verified at draw time. Misrepresentation results in disqualification.

6. Weekly Prize Structure

Three (3) winners are selected each week:

Prizes are awarded "as-is." No cash substitution or transfer permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

7. Vacation Certificate Restrictions (Marketing Boost)

Vacation certificates are fulfilled through Marketing Boost and subject to the following conditions, which winners must accept:

• Must be activated at least 7 days before intended travel date
• Travel must be 130+ miles from winner's home address
• Limit: 1 vacation certificate per household per 12-month period
• 18-month travel window from date of activation
• Valid for US and Canada destinations only
• Repeat vacation winners must select a different destination each year

Repeat vacation rule: A winner who has received a vacation certificate within the past 12 months will receive a $100 dining certificate substitution instead. This substitution is not of equal value and is disclosed at prize acceptance.

8. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners are selected by automated weighted random drawing each Friday at 12:00 PM Eastern Time. Winner C is drawn first (vacation eligibility verified), then B, then A. No entrant may win more than one tier per draw. Winners are notified via email and Instagram DM within 24 hours. Winners must respond within 48 hours or forfeit; an alternate winner may be selected.

9. Prize Acceptance & Fulfillment

Winners may be required to provide a valid email address, mailing address, and proof of identity. Physical prizes shipped to valid US addresses only. Digital prizes delivered electronically.

10. Taxes

Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. A Form 1099-MISC will be issued if any winner's cumulative calendar-year prize value reaches $600 or more. Visit IRS.gov (search "Prize and Award Income") for guidance. This is informational only — not legal or tax advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release Dub Sports & Entertainment LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from any and all liability for injuries, losses, damages, or harm arising from participation or prize acceptance/use.

12. Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who: (a) tampers with or abuses any aspect of the promotion; (b) acts in a disruptive or harassing manner; or (c) violates these Official Rules.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social media platform.

14. NCAA Compliance

This giveaway is open to the general public and is not limited to student-athletes or recruits. Winners chosen by random drawing. Fully compliant with NCAA Bylaw 16 extra benefits rules. The athlete/parent qualifier affects follow-up communication only — never prize eligibility.

15. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes resolved in courts located in King County, Washington.
